Mopro built cross-industrial websites and provided marketing services and solutions for small businesses.

In my role as a Digital Concierge & Social Media Adviser at Mopro, I educated clients on brand voice, website content, editorial calendar planning, and best practices in digital marketing, blogging, SEO, Google Analytics, and proprietary website analytics. I also identified content opportunities based on current events, audience reaction, and performance metrics, offering customers additional value and superior fulfillment; wrote powerful taglines, slogans, and copy to capture and hold the attention of their B2B and B2C customers; and authored websites and brand imaging for marketing campaigns across multiple industries, promoting Mopro’s reputation for inclusive business web design. I was one of only three digital concierges specially selected for Mopro’s Proactive Outreach Program focused on improving customer engagement.
